The tuba ensemble Low Commotion will present a free public concert at the West Paris Library, on Sunday, March 29,  at 2  p.m. Low Commotion, which was formed in 2013, is an ensemble of euphoniums (tenor tubas) and full-sized tubas. The ensemble has performed many concerts in the Portland area. The concert will feature music from jazz and rock to the classical. Soloist for the concert is James Bennett, a West Paris resident, performing Gardell Simon’s classic cornet solo, “Atlantic Zephyrs,” on the euphonium. Sponsored by the Friends of the West Paris Library. Refreshments will be served following the concert.
