PARIS — Arla Patch and Cheryl Schauffler, representing the Maine-Wabanaki State Child Welfare Truth and Reconciliation Commission, will speak at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 29, at the Norway Universalist Church.
Their talk is titled “Truth, Healing and Change.” It will give attendees a chance to understand the need for the commission and its effort to give voice to truth and promote healing and change.
Within the next few months, the findings and recommendations of the commission will be presented at statewide events.
