CONANT — Shirley J., Shirley J. Conant, 82, passed away on Saturday, March 21, at Clover Manor nursing home in Auburn. GROVER — Persis Ann (Day), 58, of Danville, lost her battle with cancer on Thursday, March 19, at the Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family. Please join us for her Celebration of Life on Saturday, March 28, at 1 p.m. at the Danville Union Church, followed by a potluck dinner with all all her favorite foods at the Danville Junction Grange No. 65.

SZCZEPANSKI — Kazimierz “Ski,” 93, of The Highlands, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, with his family by his side. KING — Richard Leroy, of Lovell passed away on Wednesday, March 18, at home after a three-and-a-half-year journey with leukemia. There will be a Memorial service, along with a Military Color Guard ceremony at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 42 Sweden Road, Bridgton, on Saturday, April 11 at 2 p.m. Following the service will be a gathering of friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Norma King as funding will be set up for a child to attend a summer resident camp of Richard and Norma’s choice, as they both served as camp personnel for 26 consecutive summer seasons. WEST — Herbert E., 91, of Jay passed away on Saturday, March 14, at Sandy River Living Center in Farmington. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 24, at 6 p.m. at the First Apostolic Church, 536 Rt. 2 E., Wilton, ME 04294, with the Rev. Sharon Walston officiating.
