PORTLAND — The State Theatre announced Tuesday that Ingrid Michaelson will appear June 28 in the first concert of the Thompson’s Point Series.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 27 online at www.statetheatreportland.com or by calling 800-745-3000 . Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 the day of the show for all ages.

Over the past year, Michaelson’s successful “Lights Out Tour,” in support of her latest album of the same name, had numerous sold-out shows including an August, 2014 performance at the State Theatre.

Michaelson is a New-York-based indie pop singer-songwriter, according to the online encyclopedia, Wikipedia.
