L/A Community Little Theatre  in Auburn will conduct auditions this weekend for its upcoming production of “The Importance of Being Earnest.”

Oscar Wilde’s classic comedy is a delight from the first cucumber sandwich on as Jack’s double life catches up with him. The problems are resolved in a charming and unexpected way.

Auditions are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the Theater, 30 Academy St., Auburn.
