MEXICO — The First Baptist Church of Mexico at 20 Roxbury Road will celebrate Resurrection Sunday with a family Celebration.

The free festivities will run from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 5, with a full breakfast, musicical celebration with performances by the Breakfast Club kids and church worship team and a short drama featuring members of the Teen Pulse youth group.

The Rev. Tony Rea will wrap up the morning with a brief inspirational message.

“We had a great time opening the church to the River Valley community at Thanksgiving and Christmas,” Missions Chairman Ken Couch said. “We are looking forward to doing the same for Easter. Whether individuals are looking for a place to feel welcome, or families are looking for a homey atmosphere, our doors are open.”
