LEWISTON — The YWCA of Central Maine will offer an American Red Cross Babysitter Training course for boys and girls ages 11-15.

Classes will be held during April vacation from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 23, and Friday, April 24.

This class is geared toward pre-teen/teenagers who are responsible for caring for younger siblings or those looking for summer babysitting employment.

Each participant will receive an ARC child and infant CPR certification upon completion of the course.

The cost of the program is $75 for members and $90 for non-members. Please register by April 14. Space is limited to 12 participants. For more information or to register, call 795-4050.
