LEWISTON — The Lewiston Democratic City Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m.  Wednesday, April 8, at the Lewiston Armory on Central Avenue. 

Special guest is former state Sen. Emily Cain of Orono, who has launched a second bid for the U.S. Congress.

After the business meeting, Lewiston elected officials will update members on what is happening in Augusta. The committee at large will have an open forum to take comments and suggestions, and make plans for future meetings.

The committee will celebrate spring with a fun activity, a surprise drawing and treats.

Attendees should enter through door “CC” in the front of the building; the meeting room is the first door on the right on the first floor. Elevator service is available.
