PARIS — The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will host free workshops titled “Essentials of College Planning” for adults 19 and older at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 6 and 27, at the Western Maine University & Community College Center, 232 Main St.

MEOC is funded entirely by the U.S. Department of Education. The program helps qualified adults make the transition toward a college education. 

All MEOC services are free and include GED/SAT preparation, college planning, referrals, advocacy and advice for careers and financial aid, and more.
