STANDISH — The Schoolhouse Arts Center has been invaded by Jed Clampett and his whole truck-load of kin folk, aka, “The Beverly Hillbillies.”

They will be showin’ up at the Schoolhouse Arts Center every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until April 26. Jed and his daughter, Elly May, his nephew Jethro, and of course the biggest star of the whole clan … Granny Moses.

Old Jed and his family are almost starving in their ancient log cabin when Jed accidently strikes oil on his land. Overnight he becomes a millionaire and his kin-folk convince him to pack up and move to Beverly Hills. From there on, the story becomes the source of nonstop laughs.

The fun takes place at 7 p.m.,  Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m., Sunday afternoon until April 26 at the The Schoolhouse Arts Center, 16 Richville Road (route 114) in Standish.  Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students and seniors.
