LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host the seminar “Managing Time so It Doesn’t Manage You” from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 23.

Presenter is Lee Ann Szelog of Simply Put, LLC.

The workshop is for those who want to learn how to focus on priorities and learn techniques to manage time and energy in a meaningful manner, and to help contribute to the success and happiness of each person. The skills and tips gained can be applied, personally and professionally, providing the opportunity to enrich the overall quality of life.

Workshop objectives include: Understanding how to manage energy versus time; identifying high value activities; learning the value of setting expectations and how to do it effectively; recognizing the difference between those things people “want” to do versus the things they “have” to do; developing a system of accountability and more.
