Season outlook: Brooks returns as coach to a program he’s familiar with. He was an assistant with the program for years and was the head coach two years ago. He has a team with 12 returning players, but the Phoenix play a tougher KVAC schedule this spring. That may make it a bigger challenge to reach the Western B playoffs.
