FRANKLIN COUNTY — The following is the Franklin County Sheriff’s report for April 10-14:

4/10/2015: Deputy Burke conducted a welfare check on Rangeley Road in Madrid.

4/11/2015: Corporal Bean responded to Park Street in Phillips regarding a report of a domestic disturbance. No charges were filed.

4/11/2015: Deputy Burke responded to Cranberry Peak Apartments in Eustis regarding a report of a domestic disturbance. A couple was arguing and intoxicated. No charges were filed.

4/11/2015: Deputy Brann investigated a report of another fraud complaint regarding the IRS, this time on North Shore Drive in Industry.

4/12/2015: Deputy Brann responded to a report of a black Honda four-door being driven erratically on the Ridge Road in Chesterville.

4/12/2015: Deputy Brann met investigated a complaint of a lost cell phone on Cunningham Road in New Sharon.

4/12/2015: Corporal Bean responded to a car versus deer accident on Cape Cod Hill Road in New Sharon. The deer died at the scene, and reportable damage was done to the car.

4/12/15: Corporal Chase and Deputy Burke responded to the Appalachian Road in Coplin Plt. regarding a report of “kidnapping”. Further investigation revealed that a female had been picked up at “the Rack” by a couple, after getting into the car with the other couple she changed her mind about leaving and wanted to get out of the car, but they refused to stop. No charges were filed; neither of the parties involved would cooperate with the investigation.

4/13/2015: Deputy Zecher responded to a single vehicle accident on Mile Hill Road in New Sharon where a car hit a telephone pole taking down all the wires and thus shutting down the road for a couple hours. New Sharon Fire and Rome Fire assisted with traffic control.

4/13/2015: Lt. Rackliffe and K-9 Justice assisted another agency with a K-9 request search for drugs.

4/14/2015: Corporal Reid responded to a residential alarm on West Road in Chesterville.
