1924 – 2015
CANTON — Howard W. Stevens, 90, of Canton, fondly known as dad, papa, “the king” and “Steve,” died peacefully at his home, surrounded by family on Tuesday, Jan. 27.
Howard was born in Sumner on July 30, 1924, one of seven children born to Carl and Ada Thayer Stevens. He graduated from Buckfield High School in the Class of 1942.
