1943 – 2015
LEWISTON — Marilyn Carey, 71, of Lewiston, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, at Russell Park Manor with her loving family by her side.
She was born on May 23, 1943, in Waterville to parents Charles and Beatrice Robinson.
On Oct. 21, 1961, she married Henry Carey.
She worked at Norway Footwear for many years.
Marilyn loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing with her family. She also loved to do needlepoint.
She is survived by her children, Mary Carey and her boyfriend, Steve, Bernie Carey and his girlfriend, Jill, Sarah Miller and her husband, Chris, and Emma Paradis and her husband, Mike. Marilyn has 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
She will be missed by many.
