OTISFIELD — The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church will host a community supper of baked ziti at 4:30 and 5:30 p.m., Saturday, May 9, at the church on Rayville Road.
The cost of the meal is by donation. Proceeds will benefit the church’s general fund.
Mexico Congregational Church hosting public supper
MEXICO — A public supper will be served at 5 p.m. Saturday, May 9, at the Mexico Congregational Church, UCC (the “Green Church”).
Cost of admission for adults is $8 and children younger than 12 are $3. Take-outs will be available at 5:30 p.m. by calling 207-364-8603.
Following the meal, those who wish to may participate in an auction of whole dessert-type pies to take home. Proceeds of the auction are to benefit the church’s lawn sign installation.
Congregational Church to hold spring sale
SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will be holding its Annual Spring Sale on Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The sale will include varieties of local native perennials and some annuals, a bake sale, a large raffle, including a truckload of loam, a bean hole beans and hot dog lunch and local crafters and vendors. The event will be held rain or shine in the Church yard located at 50 Main St. on Route 219 in Sumner, just west of the intersection with Rte 140 into Buckfield.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Ladies Fellowship.
Shorey Chapel to host plant, food sale
INDUSTRY — The Shorey Chapel will hold a plant and food sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 23, at the chapel on Industry Road, Route 43.
Proceeds from the sale will go towards the Shorey Chapel Building Preservation Fund.
Annual plant sale set for May 30
WEST PARIS — The First Unitarian Universalist Church will hold it’s yearly plant sale from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 30.
Annuals for sale include alyssum, basil, rosemary, marigolds, tomatoes and zinnias, and are priced $3 for a pack of six. Perennials, grown locally, cost $3 to $6.
The sale will also include a table of used books.
