AUBURN — Arthur and Regina Potvin of Auburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Potvin of Dallas, Texas, to Tony Davis of Dallas, Texas, son of Jeff and Kricket Davis of Dixfield and Erik and Teresa Davis of Oxford.
Miss Potvin received bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and sociology from the University of Maine at Orono and a master’s degree in library science from Indiana University in Bloomington. She is youth services librarian in Allen, Texas.
Mr. Davis received bachelor’s degrees in international relations and history from Boston University. He is Southwest transportation manager for Nestle Waters North America in Coppell, Texas.
The wedding will be held on Oct. 11 in York.
