FARMINGTON — Hippach Field will be the site of opening day in the Franklin County Babe Ruth League, on May 25. Five teams will compete in the league this summer vying for the championship playoffs in late July.

On opening night, the Farmington Merchants will play the AYS Eagles in the first game at 5 p.m. followed at 7 p.m. by the AYS Hawks and the Farmington Falcons.
