At 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 19  “Music for Mavis” brings back “Tuesdays at the Gazebo” in Turner, with a talented local musician and songwriter Stan Davis from Wayne. Davis plays and sings a mix of traditional and original songs — from the blues to lyrical hymns about modern country life; from songs about reincarnation to love songs. He weaves storytelling, beautiful intricate guitar playing, and evocative lyrics full of poetic imagery. Bring a chair and a blanket. Suggested donation for musicians is  $5.
