UPDATE: At 5:09 p.m. on Friday, Deputy Chief Jason Moen issued a written statement noting that Cheyenne Keaton was found and is safe.

AUBURN — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 12-year-old girl with autism last seen at her Court Street home at 5:30 a.m. on Friday.

Deputy Chief Jason Moen said in a press release that Cheyenne Keaton is 4 feet tall and 90 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and blue shorts.

“Cheyenne runs away frequently and her disappearance is not considered suspicious at this time,” Moen said. “She is drawn to bodies of water as well as eating establishments, especially Dunkin Donuts.”

Anyone who has seen her should contact the Auburn police at 333-6650.
