ANSWER: Mahoosuc Land Trust recently sent this information to the Sun Journal: Bird lovers prepare your binoculars, strengthen those neck muscles, and dust off your Audubon Guides, and bird apps. The Mahoosuc Land Trust’s second annual bird walk is set for 7:30-9 a.m. Saturday, May 23, along the Ellis River in Rumford.

Emily Ecker and Marcel Polak will be your guides. Rain date is May 24. Hoping to see and hear a wide variety of warblers and other song birds. Beginners are welcome. The starting point is on the left side of the East Andover Road, approximately 1.1 miles north from the intersection of the Andover Road and the East Andover Road.
