LIVERMORE — The Livermore Public Library will hold its yearly plant sale fundraiser featuring hardy locally grown perennials on Saturday, May 23rd from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Livermore Community Building, 31 Church St. in Livermore.

This popular event will be held rain or shine inside the historic newly restored Livermore Community Building. Come see the progress the dedicated volunteers are making after many hours of ongoing hard work.

At the plant sale you will find knowledgeable, friendly people who love to help you find just the right plant for your garden. All plants are very reasonably priced – bring your car or truck and fill up! Make sure you check out the bake sale table too!

Across the street from the plant sale, the quaint Livermore Public Library will be open, offering a used book sale. All proceeds from the day’s sales will help the library buy books and heating fuel and pay for building maintenance.
