AUBURN — Janine Cary, president of the Maine International Trade Center and state director of International Trade, presented the President’s Award to Christopher Paradis at Trade Day 2015 at the Samoset Resort in Rockport recently. In addition to his MITC Board work, Paradis is a corporate training coordinator at Central Maine Community College.
The President’s Award is given to a person who has shown exceptional leadership and support to the Trade Center and international trade in Maine. Paradis, appointed by Govs. John Baldacci and Paul LePage to the board, has served for nine years and is board chairman.
