SARASOTA, Fla. — Constance C. Burpee, 82, of Sarasota, Fla., and formerly of Lewiston, died Sunday, Jan. 18, at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, Fla.

She was born in Lewiston on Oct. 17, 1932, and was the daughter of Arthur and Germaine Fraser Thibault. She was educated in local schools and was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of 1950. On Nov. 13, 1965, she married Albert Burpee; he passed away on Dec. 13, 2003. She was a member of Holy Cross Church, Prince of Peace Parish.

She is survived by a son, Michael Paradis and wife, Joanne, of Old Orchard Beach; a daughter, Carolyn Marston and husband, Steve, of St. Louis, Mo.; four grandchildren, Melissa Paradis and husband, Craig, of Natick, Mass., Jeff Paradis of Old Orchard Beach, Jenna and Eric Marston of St. Louis, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
