1938 – 2015
BIDDEFORD — Mary Horsfield Morissette, 76, of Rosewood Circle, passed away on Monday, June 8, at Southern Maine Health Care.
She was born in Biddeford on July 17, 1938, the daughter of the Harry and Doris Barlow Horsfield. Doris was later married to Carleton Burrill after Harry’s sudden passing away.
She graduated from Biddeford schools.
Mary was a homemaker, teacher’s aide and later worked as a clerk for Rich’s Department Store.
Mary enjoyed reading, bowling and trips to Foxwoods and Oxford Casino.
Mary was predeceased by her husband, Roland Morissette, in October 2012.
She is survived by her sons, R. Michael Morissette and his wife, Anna, and David B. Morissette and his wife, Reina, both of Biddeford; a daughter, Jacklyn Brunet and her husband, Gregory, of Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren, Matthew Morissette and his wife, Amy, and Sean Morissette; two great-grandchildren, Riley and Nolan; a sister, Muriel Horsfield Lambert and her husband, Bill; and many nieces and nephews.
