As a retired, handicapped Vietnam veteran, I went to purchase a discounted Lewiston-Auburn bus pass. At Community Concepts, I was informed that the discount would no longer be available as of July 2015.

I was told by a staff member that I could thank the governor for that development. I usually never thank that man for anything and I am not going to start now. However, one can only wonder what LePage plans on doing with the savings?

Many people relied on that extra discount. Of course, $9 may not seem like much. Regardless, that extra money sometimes meant an extra can of soup and often helped me supply my cat with food for the month.

I would like to ask the governor just what he is going to do with my $9?
