LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus has announced its July classes, held at 8 Falcon Road in Lewiston. To register, call 207-795-4010. The center offers hearing assistive equipment. The following classes will be held:

Cardio, Neuro and Muscle Strength will be held from 10:30-11:15 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays by Linn Morin, certified trainer. $2/class.

Beginners Strength, Balance and Resistance Training will be held 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays by Linn Morin. $2/class. To register, call Linn: 207-523-9055.

These classes can be done standing or sitting, and Medicare supplemental insurance may pay the cost.

Hands-Only CPR and Heart Attack Symptoms will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 8 by Michel Vining, education coordinator, United Ambulance Service.

Gentle Morning Chair Yoga for seniors will be held from 9-10 a.m. on Mondays from July 13-Aug. 31 by Tisha Bremner of Inner Light Yoga of Maine. $40/8 weeks; $8/class.

Digital You will be offered from 10-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 14 by AT&T staff. Seniors are encouraged to bring their device and learn more about tablets and smartphones.

Resolving the Downsizing Dilemma will be held from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, July 14 by Chloe Giampaolo. 

Breathe well: Play the harmonica! will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 16 by Dr. Robert Limoges, retired dentist and amateur musician. $6/harmonica. Participants will receive a harmonica to take home along with instructional resources.

Healthy Aging Series: Finale! will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 23 by Dr. Alan Verrill of CMMC.

Videochat: FaceTime, Skype and Google Hangout will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, July 28 by Jill Spencer, senior partner at Learning Capacity Unlimited.

Maine Author Series will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 28 with Brian Daniels, a Brunswick author who wrote “Thoughts of an Average Joe.”

Be a Better Internet Searcher will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, July 31 by Jill Spencer.
