A memorial service will take place at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Bryant Pond at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 11. MORIN — Macie Joe, 5 days old, of Jay, died Friday, June 26, in Portland. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at St. Rose of Lima Church, 1 Church Street, Jay, and a private family interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, 445 Park Street, Livermore Falls. STROUT — Gladys E., 87, of Mechanic Falls, died Friday, June 26, in Auburn. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 2, at the Chandler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 26 West Dwinal Street, Mechanic Falls, with interment to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m.

TALBOT — Suzanne R., 53, died on Saturday, June 27, in Auburn, where she was a resident. A memorial service honoring Suzanne’s life will be celebrated at 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, in the funeral home. TAYLOR — Doris L., 73, died on Monday, June 22, in Frisco City, Ala., where she was a resident. Graveside services honoring Doris’ life will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
