1962 – 2015

AUBURN — Suzanne Rachel Talbot, 53, of Auburn, passed away peacefully at dawn on Saturday, June 27, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin, following a two-year-long illness.

She was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston and resided in Auburn all of her life. She graduated in the Class of 1980 at Edward Little High School.

Her last place of long-term employment was Geiger Brothers. She loved weekends with family and friends and enjoyed spending time in Old Orchard Beach. She loved to play all the scratch tickets that she could purchase. The twinkle in her blue eyes and forever-smile always filled a room.

She is survived by her dear partner of 23 years, Rodney LaPointe of Auburn; her son, Joseph Dumont of Auburn; twin granddaughters Hana and Ally Dumont and grandson Brady Dumont; her mother, Monique Talbot-Moody of Matinicus Island; her sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Keith Beaulé of Minot; two step-sons, Ian and Evan Beaulé; her nephew, Justin Smith and his wife, Jessica, of Auburn; her only brother, Daniel Talbot of Auburn; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and long-term friends. She will be sadly missed by all.

She was predeceased by her father, Julien M. Talbot of Lewiston; and her step-father, Richard R. Moody of Matinicus Island and Lincolnville.
