CARRABASSETT VALLEY — The wedding of Amanda Mosher and Ian Duckett was held on Sept. 27 at Sugarloaf USA.
Mrs. Duckett is the daughter of Richard and Kim Mosher of Temple. Mr. Duckett is the son of of Susan Duckett of Danville, Vt., and Richard Duckett of Middletown, Md.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a signature gown with lace over charmeuse and carried a bouquet made by herself and her bridesmaids.
Vanessa Mosher, sister of the bride, served as honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Marcie Flagg, Jessica Osgood, Dana Ewing and Laura Putnam.
Adrian Duckett, brother of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Robert Therrien, Nathan Taylor, Jon Ewing and Keith Lauria.
The couple traveled to Greece for their honeymoon.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition food science and doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Vermont. She is a physical therapist/rehabilitation director at Franklin County Rehabilitation Center in St. Albans, Vt.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Danville High School and received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and production design engineer/engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is standards coordinator at Husky Injection Molding Systems Inc. in Milton, Vt.
