1922 – 2015
WILTON — Arlene R. (Norton) Zabierek, 93, of Wilton, formerly of Lewiston, died peacefully at her home, in the loving care of her family on Saturday afternoon, July 4, of natural causes.
She was born on March 30, 1922, in Bridgton, a daughter of E. Gordon and Mildred P. (Dolloff) Richardson. She received her education in local schools and worked in factories and shoe shops in the greater Lewiston area.
She is survived by a son, Gordon L. Norton and his wife, Gloria, of Wilton; two daughters, Carol A. Pillsbury and her companion, Oral Tibbetts, of Jay; and Nancy L. Kelley and her husband, John, of Lewiston; 15 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by husband, Ralph Norton in 1987 and Adam Zabierek in 1996; two daughters, Jessie Carter and Mary Norton; two great-grandchildren, Dakota Maberry and Scott Maberry Jr.; and a sister, Winifred R. Moore.
