LEWISTON — The volunteers that make up Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice’s Autumn Night Out Planning Committee have begun preparations and are working on some new additions to the 2015 event.

Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice’s 12th Annual Autumn Night Out Silent Auction and Gala event is set to be held on Friday, Oct. 23. The fundraiser will be held at Poland Spring Resort in Poland with proceeds benefiting AHCH’s Hospice Program.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, a wine and beer tasting, silent auction bidding and live music during the cocktail hour. Guests are then treated to dinner, live auction bidding and special entertainment, to be announced. Norm Karkos from WMTW News 8 will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the evening. The evening will also include some special touches to celebrate the agency’s 10 year anniversary since opening their Hospice House on Stetson Road in Auburn in 2005.

Tickets to Autumn Night Out are $65 per person and seating is reserved. Tables of six or eight may be reserved for $390 or $650. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ahch.org or by calling 207-795-9469. Please RSVP by Oct. 16.
