AUBURN — Free Family Concert with Rob Duquette at 11 am. in the Androscoggin Room on the bottom floor of the the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St.
AUBURN — Mayor Jonathan LaBonte will be the featured speaker at the monthly meeting of the United New Auburn Association, 6 p.m. at Rolly’s Diner, 87 Mill St., discussing community involvement and neighborhood improvement. The meeting is free of charge.
Thursday July 30
AUBURN — Summer movie series hosted by Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Services, 2-4 p.m. in the Androscoggin Room on the bottom floor of the the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St. The series will feature movies dealing with various teen issues, including healthy relationships, peer pressure, safety and breaking stereotypes. This Thursday, they will be screening “The Lovely Bones,” which centers on a young girl who has been murdered and watches over her family. Following the movie, the discussion will focus on how to keep yourself safe around strangers.
