We will discuss the arguments before the justices with a panel of political and legal experts, including Steve Robinson, Lance Dutson and Peter Brann, as lawyers for the governor and the Legislature make their oral arguments starting at 9 a.m.

Robinson is a former staffer for the Maine Heritage Policy Center and editor emeritus of The Maine Wire.

Dutson is a Republican communications consultant and co-founder of the nonprofit Get Right Maine, an organization formed to “bring relevance, reason, and respect back to the Republican Party.”

And, Brann, a Democrat, is a Lewiston-based lawyer and senior partner with the law firm of Brann & Isaacson. He is a former state solicitor for the State of Maine.

Our experts will listen to the oral arguments as they’re presented, including answers to questions from the bench, and are ready to answer your questions about the issues.
