There were more than 100 correct entries for last week’s mystery photo, the wagon filled with flowers at George Ricker Park at the corner of East Avenue and Bartlett Street in Lewiston. Barbara Jabaut of Durham was chosen in a random drawing as the winner of a $10 Dunkin’ Donut gift card. In speaking with her, she said, “For years I traveled past this lovely display, changing with the seasons, as I went to teach at LHS/LRTC each morning. I have always been amazed that, despite its location close to the school, I never saw it vandalized. I think that says some good things about the young people in our community.”
