Dorothy M. Nelson

1928 – 2015

AUBURN — Dorothy M. Nelson, 87, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 22, at Clover Manor.

Born in Lisbon on Feb. 15, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Sadie (Quinn) Ridley.

Dorothy was a lifetime resident of Lisbon and enjoyed her winters in Florida with her special dog, Dixie. She loved going on cruises with friends.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 158 of Lisbon, Left Hand Club, VFW Auxiliary and the Moose Club of Smyrna, Fla.

She is survived by her brother, Richard Ridley; her niece, Laurie Bowen; and her nephew, Scott Ridley, all of Lisbon; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
