ANDOVER — Funeral services for Lorena C. Simmons of Andover were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Calvary Bible Church, 1063 South Main St., Andover, with the Rev. Duane Waite officiating.
Music selections included “Amazing Grace” and “Let the Circle Be Unbroken.” Special music selections included “Each Step I Take,” sung by the Rev. Duane and Joan Waite, and “Blessed Assurance” was sung by Patricia Learned. The poem “The Lost Purse” was read by Lorena’s daughter, Rebecca Nickerson.
Words of remembrance were given by several friends.
Committal services were conducted by the Rev. Duane Waite. Interment was in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Andover. A reception followed in the dining room of the Calvary Bible Church. Pall bearers were Scott Farrington, Donnie and Howard Bailey, Jim Coolidge, David Smith and Kevin Hughes.
