SCARBOROUGH — Philip R. Campbell, 95, passed away on Friday, Sept. 18, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, after a brief illness.

He was born in South Bancroft, son of Joseph and Geneva (White) Campbell.

He was married to Barbara (Shanks) Campbell.
