WATERFORD — The Waterford Fall Foliage 5K and Road Race/Fitness Walk and 1-mile Fun Run will be held at noon Sunday, Oct. 11, to support the Tony Waldeier Scholarship Fund.

The start of the race will be along Waterford Flat near the intersection of Routes 35 and 37, and continue along the shore of Keoka Lake.

The top three finishers in the designated age groups for the Fun Run and 5K will receive awards.

The cost to register for the race is $20 with a T-shirt or $15 without, and $5 for ages 12 and younger. For parking, follow the signs leading to Danjo Trail, within walking distance to the starting line.

There will be a chili cook-off open to everyone, free for race participants. The event will be held rain or shine.
