NORWAY — The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine has listed programming for the month of October. The center is located at 199 Main St. in the oncology building. These events are free for for those affected by cancer and their families.

Drop in Hours: The center is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays. It has a library, pamphlets and comfort items.

Drawing with Tally and Pam: 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1.

Sit and Knit: 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2.

Stamping Up: 2 to 3:30 Monday, Oct. 5.

Pumpkin Carving: 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22. McLaughlin Gardens will provide pumpkins to carve, which will be displayed during their annual Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular on Oct. 23 and 24.
