1955 – 2015

LEWISTON — Marjorie J. Norris, 60, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 26, after a long illness with the comfort of her loved ones by her side.

She was born in Lewiston on Sept. 20, 1955, the daughter of Luther and Helmi Norris.

In her younger years, she worked at local shoe shops and for many years at Tex Tech Industries in North Monmouth. She enjoyed to fish, camp, listen to music, her family and friends, but her treasure was her grandchildren, Courtney, Gavin, Kyle, Alanna and Logan.

She is survived by her daughters, Jaime and her partner, Phil Dumond, of Poland and Ellen and her husband, Earl Severance, of Litchfield; five grandchildren; two sisters, Linda Cobrin and Sharlene Norris of North Monmouth; three brothers, Butch Norris of Litchfield and David and Jack Norris of North Monmouth; many nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.

She was predeceased by her parents; and many aunts and uncles.
