AUBURN — The New Auburn Senior Citizens has announced its events for fall.

The Citizens will hold its regular meeting at noon on Monday, Oct. 5, at Sacred Heart Church. The business meeting will be followed first by a light lunch at 12:30 p.m. and then bingo. Cost of lunch is $3. During the meeting, applications for scholarships will be offered.

An upcoming meeting will be Nov. 2, and the Christmas party will be Dec. 7.

The monthly dinner, the Harvest Dinner, will be held at noon on Monday, Oct. 19. Cost for the meal is $5. Tickets should be purchased by the business meeting on Oct. 5. Ticket purchases help Citizens plan for attendance.

September’s dinner, the Lobster Feed, drew an attendance of 154. Proceeds funded in part scholarships, which are given to family members of the Citizens’ members.

Off-Monday Bingo will be held at noon on Oct. 12 and 26. All seniors 60 and older are welcome to attend.
