ORLAND — The wedding of Tiffany Michelle Malinowski and Jason Albert Hurd was held at noon on Aug. 22 in Orland. Ken Smith of Saco, notary public, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Hurd is the daughter of Peter and Christine Malinowski of Sabattus. Mr. Hurd is the son of Benjamin and Luella (Mary) Hurd of Sabattus.

Decorations were simplistic and rustic.

The bride wore a strapless lace gown and carried a bouquet of roses, hydrangea and succulents.

Ashley Malinowski, sister of the bride, was maid of honor and flower girls were Mackenzie Hurd and Morgan Hurd, daughters of the bridegroom.

Adam Pinard, best friend of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man and ring bearer was Gabriel Rackliffe, son of the bride.

A reception followed at the lake house of the parents of the bride. The couple is residing in Sabattus.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Oak Hill High School in Wales and a 2007 graduate of Thomas College in Waterville, with a bachelor of science degree. She is currently employed as the office administrator at Greeley’s Garage in Auburn.

The bridegroom is a 2000 graduate of Oak Hill High School in Wales and is currently employed at NITCO in Lewiston.
