LEWISTON — The Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce will host another law advisory workshop, LA Law, on evictions and landlord-tenant issues from noon to 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the chamber, 415 Lisbon St.

The seminar is presented by attorney Jim Pross of Tarbell & Brodich, P.A. It will discuss some of the most common situations landlords need to understand how to navigate some of the more difficult issues that can emerge and practical advice for getting through the eviction process. The seminar will also cover the emergence of new issues in landlord tenant/law relating to medical marijuana, and cover often overlooked pitfalls relating to abandoned personal property and security deposits.
