NEW GLOUCESTER — Trevor Jones has joined OTT Communications, a division of Otelco Inc., to lead the company’s marketing and product development efforts.

Jones has 18 years of experience in the telecom industry. He was the vice president of marketing for Zone Telecom, and most recently served as vice president of business development at GWI. There, in addition to product development, he was responsible for the company’s marketing, public relations and government relations initiatives.

Jones served as director of marketing and business development for Pine Tree Networks and CRC Communications from 2000 until the merger that formed OTT Communications in 2008. With his return, he will oversee marketing and product development efforts for the OTT companies in Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont and West Virginia.
