BETHEL — School Administrative District 44 Adult Education has announced the following classes:

Beginner Guitar: Students will cover chord playing, music reading, singing and playing and finger picking. Participants should bring a guitar; six students maximum; instructor, Simon Smith; 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 20 to Dec. 1. Tuition is $45.

Beginning Ukulele: It will cover chord playing, music reading and singing and playing; bring a ukulele; eight students maximum; instructor, Simon Smith; 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 21 to Dec. 9. Tuition is $45.

An Introduction to Polarity Therapy: It will include an overview on Energy Medicine, what it is and how it fits into the 21st century health care system, and Polarity Therapy, its benefits for supporting health and well-being. Instructor is Emily Ecker; 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, Telstar High School Room 131. Tuition of $10 should be paid to Ecker.

Archery 101: Students will learn about eye dominance, proper bow handling, proper stance and aiming. Closed-toed shoes required; minimum five students and maximum 15; instructor, Kayla Leveille; 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 24 and 31, in Telstar High School gym. Tuition is $45.
