LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Maybel Poulin was celebrated by the Rev. Steven Cartwright Saturday, Oct. 10, at Holy Cross Church of the Prince of Peace Parish.

During the service Maybel’s grandson, Corey Blais, proclaimed the word of the Lord from the New Testament. Maybel’s daughter-in-law, Imelda Poulin, recited the Prayer of the Faithful, and Words of Remembrance were shared by granddaughter Ashley Poulin.

At the conclusion of services all were invited to a reception of fellowship at Marco’s Restaurant in Lewiston.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, at the Maine Veterans Cemetery on Civic Center Drive in Augusta.
