Ben Chin has the education, but that is not all it takes to be mayor of Lewiston. I hate to think that people of this city would consider putting someone still wet behind his ears in the mayor’s seat.
There are better qualified candidates — Charles Soule, Steve Morgan and present Mayor Robert Macdonald. They have the education, too, and the experience in life.
I have heard so much about the Maine Alliance and its backing of Chin that I am starting to think that it is planning to run the city. Lewiston doesn’t need a puppet in the mayor’s office.
