LEWISTON — Phyllis Bennis will present “ISIS and Diplomacy” and address possibilities of diplomatic approaches to ISIS and other aggressive groups in a talk at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26.
Bennis directs the New Internationalism Project at the Institute for Policy Studies and is the author of “Understanding ISIS and the New Global War on Terror: A Primer.”
This free presentation will take place in Pettengill Hall, Room G52, 4 Andrews Road.
