I am writing in support of Kristine Kittridge for Lewiston’s Ward 7 City Council seat.
Kittridge started her career as a nutritionist at St. Mary’s, after having received her master’s degree. She is committed to serving Lewiston.
She is a listener and an educator on a daily basis. She cares deeply about her community. She is well prepared and eager for the opportunity to serve the community as a city councilor in Ward 7.
Kittridge and I have both engaged in Emerge Maine, a Democratic leadership development program for women. Although we were not in the same graduating class, we have had the chance to get to know each other.
She will work diligently and lead by listening to her constituents and addressing their concerns. She will carefully deliberate each issue and will increase communication between municipal officers, staff and the public.
